As a new private customer, please have a look at the following list of often requested services that we don't offer. For everything elese, contact us with the information below the list.

• We don't do any hardware repairs on devices that haven't been bought from us. This includes breakages, fall damage, liquid damage etc. (However we do offer data recovery from such devices!)


• We don't diagnose hardware in your self-built or gaming PC


• We don't do damage evaluation for your insurance


• Wir don't build a PC from parts that you bring with you


• We don't do repairs on defective printers (We do however solve software and connection problems with printers)
